Draft — pending attorney review. This page describes PATINA’s current, good-faith privacy practices and will be replaced with a finalized policy before PATINA accepts live marketplace listings, payments, or accounts.

PATINA collects information submitted through contact forms, seller applications, and the newsletter signup form, along with basic site-analytics data once analytics are enabled.

What We Collect

Contact form submissions (name, email, subject, message), seller application details (contact information and vehicle/condition information you choose to share), and newsletter signups (email address).

Why We Collect It

To respond to inquiries, evaluate seller applications, and send newsletter emails to subscribers who opted in.

Where It’s Stored

Submissions are stored with our database provider (Supabase) once configured, or handled directly by our team during early development. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete information you’ve submitted, or unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time, through the contact page.

Cookies & Analytics

PATINA may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. This section will be expanded with full disclosure language once analytics are enabled in production.
